FAAST New Year's Jam – 8877 Main St., Whitemore Lake, MI, 48189
Have kids who love hoops? The FAAST New Year's Jam is a New Year's basketball tournament for teens of high school age held at the Swish Zone in Whitemore Lake. All teams will play at least three games, with more games possible depending on how far in the tournament they progress. Games feature MHSAA-level refs, with tournaments for both boys and girls teams available. There are games all day on January 4, 2025, with discounted rates available for early registration. -

Kids and adults alike are sure to love the New Year's Eve Parties at Zap Zone, with two great options available on December 31, 2024. The first party starts at 4:00 PM so it's perfect for younger family members, while the second party starts at 9:00 PM and lasts past midnight. Both parties feature all of the fun, exciting attractions at Zap Zone, along with special party favors and a balloon drop. -

Brighton opened for the season at the start of December, and New Year's Eve is the perfect day for some fun in the snow on a mountain that's ideal for introducing kids to skiing. New to skiing or snowboarding? Lessons are also available for kids and adults. -
Yoga for Your New Year – 100 Library Dr., Brighton, MI 48116
Looking for a fun, healthy event for your little ones after the excitement of New Year's Eve ends? Yoga for Your New Year is available at the Brighton District Library on January 3, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM. The event is open to kids ages five and up with a caregiver, and you can register for the class online starting on December 20, 2024. Ms. Ashley of Work That Asana will be leading the class, which is designed to introduce kids to yoga. While no experience is required, it's recommended to bring a yoga mat or a towel for the class.
