Guide to Area July 4 Celebrations in Brighton

July 4 is going to be a blast around Brighton! Our REALTORS® are excited to celebrate another year of fun with our friends and families. We encourage you to join us at one of these great parades, firework shows, and gatherings!

  1. Livingston County's Fowlerville 4th of July Fireworks & Parade – Downtown Fowlerville, MI 48836
If you've got Independence Day plans in the morning but still want to celebrate at night, take a trip through Fowlerville homes for sale and attend the Fowlerville 4th of July Fireworks and Parade show. The parade will begin at 7 PM, venturing down Grand River Avenue. Immediately after, you can watch a dazzling firework show at either the Fowlerville Fairgrounds or Fowlerville Community Park. Don't worry, Fowlerville won't let anything rain on their patriotic parade! In the event of inclement weather, these festivities will occur on Friday, July 5th, at the same times!

Determining Your Property Lines
Imagine finally getting the in-ground swimming pool that you've always dreamed of owning, only to learn that the deep end lies entirely on your not-so-friendly neighbor's property. It would be devastating and might lead to costly litigation. Depending on the outcome of any legal proceedings, you might even wind up having to fill in your brand new swimming pool.

No homeowner wants to experience those consequences, which is why it's so important that homeowners determine their property boundaries before erecting a fence or breaking ground for a swimming pool. Below are some suggestions for homeowners who want to add features to their property, as well as those who are in the market for Brighton homes for sale.
