Travel back in time, for a moment, to a different era in 1924. Milk cost 28 cents per gallon, Calvin Coolidge became the first president to deliver a radio address from the White House, and George Gershwin performed Rhapsody in Blue for the very first time on stage in New York City. It was all those years ago, right here in Livingston County, that our grandfather Crandall founded his real estate business. Our real estate agents are proud to celebrate 100 years of real estate services in Livingston County, and we hope you'll join us for a look back as well as what's to come.

Griffith Realty: 100 Years of Real Estate Services

Under our current name Griffith Realty, we've striven to provide friendly, personal, and effective real estate services in the Livingston County area for 35 years. However, our family has been in the real estate business continuously since our grandfather Crandall founded his real estate business – now going 4 generations and 100 years strong!

Service is at the heart of what we do and has been since the start. This means that we're not just trying to pair you with a home or help you with a quick sale. We also want to help you enjoy memories like our family has been able to create over generations in Livingston County and for you to become immersed in the community, as well.

One of the priorities that our grandfather established and every generation since has carried forward is the importance of giving back to the communities we love. It's not just about providing real estate services. We also work to contribute to organizations that make a difference in local communities. These include both community-focused organizations and organizations that make a positive impact on the local economy.

We Invite You to Meet Our Family

If you'd like to see our faces, learn our names, and see how deeply involved our family is in the business across generations, we'd love for you to visit the About Us page on our website. There, you'll find a 5-minute YouTube video that includes interviews with multiple generations of our family and learn more about why Livingston County is so dear to our hearts. While we may all come from different generations, a love of our community is one of many things that binds us so closely together. We hope that you'll enjoy watching the video, seeing some Livingston County scenery, and learning more about why we love what we do.

Looking Ahead to a Bright Future in Livingston County

Of course, a 100-year anniversary celebration is hardly an ending point! Our family is still as involved as ever in the business, and we're eager to help you accomplish your real estate goals in Livingston County. As always, we're here to provide the help you need with residential, industrial, and commercial real estate, condominium marketing, new construction developments, and relocation & investment counseling.

Whatever your Livingston County real estate needs, we're still here to provide you with the same friendly, personal service that helped our grandfather first make his name in the community 100 years ago, and we look forward to doing the same for many, many more years to come. Contact us for help with all of your Livingston County real estate needs and to learn first-hand why this community will always be so close to our hearts.
