  • Average Days on Market Before Being Sold
    In January 2024, homes spent an average of 50 days on the market before being sold, a slight increase in days spent on market compared to one year ago. Homes spent an average of 48 days on the market before being sold in January 2023, which means that average days spent on market before being sold has increased by 4 percent compared to the previous year.

  • Median Sales Price
    The median sales price has seen some variation over the last year, with the January 2024 median sales price of $350,000 checking in between the numbers from the previous month and prior year. The median sales price in January 2023 was $340,000, while the median sales price in December 2023 was $379,000.

  • Number of Units Sold
    In total, there were 77 units sold during January 2024, a decrease compared to the most recent data. There were 87 units sold in January 2023 and 139 units sold in December 2023. So the number of units sold decreased 11 percent compared to the previous year and decreased 44 percent when compared to the previous month.
