Live Music Brighton

Is there anything better than sitting back and listening to live music, perhaps while enjoying a meal or some drinks with good friends? If you live in the Brighton area, you're in luck. One of the things our real estate agents love most about Brighton is all of the wonderful live music venues. Here are a few top spots to catch a show, or maybe even just a few songs, in the coming weeks.

  • Lu & Carl's: 102 W Main St, Brighton, MI 48116
For a fun night on the town, head on over to Main Street, where you'll find Lu & Carl's. This bar and grille not only serves up a great menu that locals love, but you'll also find live music nights. Not a night owl? Be sure to check out their brunch offerings, complete with a Bloody Mary bar.

  • Fenton Hotel Tavern & Grille: 302 N. Leroy St., Fenton, MI 48430
    Fenton Hotel Tavern & Grille
is a piano bar with live performances on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. They have a good selection of draft beers and wines. Imagine sipping a glass of Chardonnay while piano music fills the room.

The food menu at Fenton Hotel changes often. However, they tend to offer a lot of classic comfort food, such as homemade mac & cheese, grilled pork chops, and grilled flank steak.

  • Wooly Bully's: 1500 Pinckney Rd. Suite 100, Howell, MI 48843
    Wooly Bully's
is a music-themed, bar-and-grill-style restaurant. The space is decorated with rock and roll memorabilia, such as neon signs and album covers. They host live musical performances on most weekends.

The favorite at Wooly Bully's is their pizza. They make the dough in-house. Their signature oversized sandwiches are also delicious to munch on while listening to your favorite tunes. And, of course, you can't go wrong with an order of Chee-Zee Bread for the table to share.

  • Jameson's Irish Pub & Grill: 110 E. Grand River Ave., Brighton, MI 48116
If you like an upbeat atmosphere, visit Jameson's Irish Pub & Grill for Dueling Pianos on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. You'll be surprised how intensely the professionals play!

Jameson's offers a delicious menu of house-made entrees, including burgers, club sandwiches, and salmon. On Saturdays and Sundays, they serve Prime Rib with creamy horseradish sauce. Choose between three cut sizes. All three come with one side and a side salad. Pair it with a pint of Jameson's Irish Red, and you have a wonderful meal.

  • Shamrock Lounge: 9859 E. Grand River, Brighton, MI 48816
Shamrock Lounge is a classic, welcoming hometown restaurant that often hosts live bands on the weekends. When there's not a live band on stage, they usually have karaoke, which can be lots of fun with a group of friends.

The burgers are a favorite at Shamrock Lounge. They come with lots of fries, so plan on sharing! They have a few local beers on tap but also plenty of canned and bottled options. If you have time, check out the jukebox and dart boards inside.

Whether you see a band on stage, attend a dueling piano performance, or sing some karaoke, we hope you have a great time watching live music performed in Brighton. Contact us if you're still looking for homes for sale nearby. We're happy to help!
