A rise in new listings is a good sign that buyers will have more options available when shopping for a home in Livingston County.

  • Median Listing Price in Livingston County
The median listing price for homes in Livingston County was down slightly in July to $379,000, compared to $390,000 in June. The July 2021 median listing price represents a small increase compared to one year ago when the price checked in at $367,000.

That represents a significant drop from July 2020, when the average days spent on the market was 41 days. The 36 percent year-over-year decrease in days spent on the market is a sign of an active real estate market with strong inventory turnover.
