    The median listing price for homes in Livingston County in March 2021 was 399k, compared to 339k in March 2020. In February 2021, the median listing price was also 399k. The significant increase over the previous year's median listing price indicates an active real estate market and shows that this may be an ideal time for sellers to capitalize on the increase in demand.

  • Average Days That Livingston County Homes Spent on Market
    In March 2021, the average number of days that properties spent on the market was 37 days, which represents a 19 percent decrease over March 2020 when the average number of days on the market was 46 days.
