Enjoy the Attractions of the Kensington Fall Festival

The Kensington Fall Festival is all about family fun with attractions that both kids and adults will enjoy. Take a tour of the farm to see agriculture in action, enjoy a horse-drawn hayride throughout the facilities, shop at the fresh, local farmer's market, and cap off your day by picking a perfect pumpkin at the pumpkin patch. There will be entertainment for the kids from Roscoe the Clown, arts and crafts from local vendors, and plenty of opportunities to create special memories for the whole family.

The Kensington Fall Festival is meant to be a fun event for every member of the community, which is why there is no admission fee to join the fun – all you need is your Metropark pass. There is a small fee for pumpkin picking and hayrides, but this is a very affordable event to enjoy.

The Farm Center includes a full, working farm, a restored, 150-year old barn, gardens, a stone labyrinth, mazes, and even a blacksmith. There are tons of opportunities for kids to see live animals, and to learn about rural life in a fun, educational setting.

The Kensington Metropark Farm Center is the center of the action during the Kensington Fall Festival, but you certainly don't have to wait until fall to visit. The farm is open throughout the year, and there are great attractions to enjoy no matter the season.
