The Offer Process
This is where you will be glad that you have one of our agents on your side during the negotiation. There may be offers and counter offers. We have the experience to help you reach an acceptable one.
The seller can react in one of three different ways to an offer:
- Accept the buyer's proposed offer
- Decline the buyer's offer
- Make a new counter-offer
